We reach Round Four of the Gorrick Exodus Spring Series this Sunday 4th April at Black Wood, Micheldever, Hants. The venue will be signed from the A33 between Basingstoke and Winchester, and from the A303 at Micheldever. We will be giving away the last of our fantastic adventure holiday prizes courtesy of exodus adventures, and just by entering the event your name will be in the draw to win an 8 day trip to the High Atlas Mountains of Morrocco. Full details of the holiday prize can be found at www.exodus.co.uk.

Those of you who missed our first visit to Black Wood last September, you can look forward to masses of excellent technical and flowing single track through beech woodland, with the odd bomb hole thrown in for good measure! We have reduced the lap length from last time to our normal length, and the field has been mown for our visit so trackside parking is on offer.

We will be running another of our 1 lap sprint races at 2.05pm right after the Sport riders have gone off. This time its a Retro Race for all you Retrobates out there. Qualification will be bikes with no suspension of any kind, and must be of pre 1996 vintage. Additional handicap advantage can be gained from having a lycra helmet cover, biopace chain rings and farmer john tyres. So you have just a couple of days to dust down your Muddy Fox and dig your kit out! Entry fees are free if you've previously raced during the day or £6 if not.

Rally Raid

Saturday 10 April 2004 at East Stratton. This way...Our first Rally Raid of the year is fast approaching. After the sucess of our first event last December, and with the addition of a shorter loop for Fun and Novice riders, we are expecting a bumper turnout. The date for your diary is Easter Saturday 10 April 2004 starting at The Northbrook Arms at East Stratton, which is signed from the A33 midway between Basingstoke and Winchester, and is just 5 minutes from our Black Wood venue. Full details of our Rally Raid event format is on the website together with an Entry Form. Entry Forms will also be available at Blackwood on Sunday, but as with all our events, you can just turn up and enter on the day.
