First a big thank you to all our sponsors and event organisers who've helped us through another year of fantastic races at some great venues. And of course to all the riders who keep supporting us year after year. We're not totally packing up for the Winter, so check out the Calendar for the Orienteering events and a Fitness Training Seminar.
Once again there was a race number prize draw to win an introductory personal fitness session from MotionFITNESS. Riders were picked from the Master men, Fun and Novice women:

Training Seminar – 29 November
Just a reminder that Gorrick MBC have got together with TORQ to present a training seminar for all levels of rider on Saturday 29 November at 9.30am at Normandy Cricket Club. As well as valuable advice on training, Matt Hart will also give you an insight into a healthy diet to ensure that you get the most from your mountain biking. Entry for the day costs ?20 and close on the 21st November.
