Brass Monkeys 3 - The Winter Warmer: Results and Photographs

The Merida Brass Monkeys Enduro Series rounded out at new venue Hogmoor Enclosure at Bordon on Sunday 5th March. It was encouraging to see plenty of riders keen to pit their fitness and skills against a new course. Which was certainly interesting and demanded full attention at all times. There were no 'easy bits' for a little respite. So despite all that the weather could throw at the course on Saturday night it made for fun if a little wet going in places. The sandy 'beaches' were probably the hardest going unless you were on a fatbike! But I'm sure you'll agree there is plenty of potential within the Enclosure for some great courses as we work to develop it further into a long term venue.
The Brass Monkey team are very grateful and thank our wonderful sponsors for their continued support. Merida laid on a huge number of prizes for both the race winners and the overall series awards. Also to Four4th Lights for the Trophies. A full list of Series Winners will follow shortly, and final series positions will be published during the week.
