Black Wood - 'A bit like Thetford?'

MotionFITNESS prize draw
Gorrick is pleased to welcome on board a new sponsor for the Autumn Races – MotionFITNESS. They are a personal training gym, due to open after Christmas, based in Sunningdale behind the Wellington Trek cycle shop.
Their aim is to improve customers' fitness, health, posture and weight loss through one-to-one hour long sessions under various tailored training programmes. Also available is Pilates training, core functional training and sports specific training. The gym is well equipped with weights, spinbikes, rowers and cardiovascular machines. If just reading this makes you feel tired get along there for some sports or body massage and sports therapy, or even nutritional advice. MotionFITNESS cater for adults over 18 of all sizes and abilities!
At each race this Autumn a prize draw will be held for different categories. During your race, race numbers will be selected at random to win a Personal Fitness Assessment and a 1-hour Personal Fitness Session at MotionFITNESS. Todays winners were selected from the Veterans and Novices. We will be in touch shortly regarding your prizes.

TORQ energy bars... spot prizes
We've also teamed up with TORQ Fitness who've generously donated their energy bars. Random Fun and Novice riders will have received a couple of bars as spot prizes, you don't have to be on the podium to get a prize at Gorricks! No postal mail-out
We are no longer sending out results by post. If you know someone who doesn't have internet access either get them to send us an SAE for the lap times or print them a copy yourself.
