Gorrick 12:12 Torq in your Sleep - Final Instructions

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Minley next weekend for the 12:12 Torq in your Sleep. Here are a few things that are useful to know before you arrive. Click here for FULLY DETAILED FINAL INSTRUCTIONS.
THE VENUE opens at 12 Noon on Saturday and closes at 2 pm on Monday, please do not arrive early. The event venue is Minley Warren Fields, Minley Manor, Minley Road, Blackwater, Hants GU17 9UF. The venue is on the A327 less than 1 km from the M3, junction 4A, from where it will be signed. The venue will also be signed from the A30 at Yateley. The venue entrance will be clearly marked and has a post box handily placed for recognition. The venue is not at Minley Manor barracks or Gibraltar barracks.
PARKING AND CAMPING is in 2 large marked fields with plenty of space for trackside camping in both. Please DO NOT PARK on the access road or verges. SOLO riders have priority to trackside camping. Groups that include both SOLOs and TEAMS can camp adjoining each other but only SOLO’s can be trackside. This is necessary to ensure enough trackside camping for solo riders. Please keep the EMERGENCY ROUTES in the fields, marked with ER posts, clear at all times. All Ezee up type shelters must be securely fixed down, barbeques should be off the ground and open fires are not allowed.
WATER There are toilets in both fields and hot showers near the arena. There is no mains water on site, so water and showers will be limited. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINKING AND BIKE WASH WATER WITH YOU. Please do not clean bikes at the water point.
CATERING will be available all weekend in the marquee from 2pm Saturday.
THE COURSE IS OPEN FOR PRACTICE from 12 Noon on Saturday until 7pm and then from 8am to 10am on Sunday. Remember though that there are no marshals or medics on the course during this time, so please go carefully.
ON THE DAY REGISTRATION for the CHILDREN’S RACES (3pm) and SHE TORQS (4pm) ONLY opens at 2 pm on Saturday.
It is then open between 7 and 8pm on Saturday and then 8am to 10.45am on Sunday for Team confirmations and the collection of Rider Packs by all categories. Please bring your MBSA RECEIPT with you in case of any query. Entries are not transferable or refundable at the event. If there any changes or additions to your Pairs or Team entry, a form must be completed, signed and handed in before you are given your Registration pack - once that is done, no more changes are allowed. ALL riders must be confirmed by 10.45am on the SUNDAY before the COMPULSORY RIDER BRIEFING AT 11am.
