Spring Series - Round 2 Preview + latest course update

by Jane Lucas, 13 Feb 10.

Course update Saturday 5pm: Still thinking about coming along? You should definitely make the effort to do so. The ground conditions are exceptionally good with hardly a soft piece of ground or puddle on the trail. The lap is approx 5 miles and regular riders to this venue will find quite a few changes from what they may have become accustomed to! See you in the morning.

Sunday 14th February sees the delayed start of our hugely popular Saddle Skedaddle Spring Series 2010, generously supported by your local bike shops.

We're at the very popular Tunnel Hill west venue close to Mytchett on the outskirts of Farnborough in Hampshire, where we are expecting a big turnout of XC riders from all over the country. Pre-entry will be open until Tuesday 9th February. Please bring your RECEIPT with you if you do enter online. There will also be entry on the day at the usual £2 surcharge. There will be full facilities and lots of Series points up for grabs, as well as a Saddle Skedaddle holiday which any rider over 18 has a chance to win (you can see what they have in the way of mountain bike adventures at www.saddleskedaddle.co.uk).

As always, check the website for any final information.
